Closing California's Digital Skill Divide

The massive investments “made through the bipartisan infrastructure law will send billions of dollars to states ... for the next five years.” California is slated to receive nearly “$2 billion” through the Digital Equity Act and the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) program. If California “directs a significant portion of those funds to high-quality digital skills programs,” then new research demonstrates the payoff.
