OTAN is housed at the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE), in the David P. Meaney Education Center, which is located near Highway 50 and Mather Field Road, approximately 10 miles from Downtown Sacramento and 25–30 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport.

Driving Directions

The Sacramento County Office of Education is located at 10474 Mather Boulevard (on the former Mather A.F.B.), approximately one mile from Highway 50.

  • From Highway 50 eastbound:
    Take the Mather Field exit and turn right (south) onto Mather Field Road. Pass Rockingham Drive, get into the far right lane, and bear right at the "Y." Mather Field Road becomes a one-way street (Von Karman). At the first stop sign, turn right on Mather Boulevard (a one-way street going west). The David P. Meaney Education Center is the first building on the left.
  • From Highway 50 westbound:
    Take the Mather Field exit and turn left (south) onto Mather Field Road. Pass Rockingham Drive, get into the far right lane, and bear right at the "Y." Mather Field Road becomes a one-way street (Von Karman). At the first stop sign, turn right on Mather Boulevard (a one-way street going west). The David P. Meaney Education Center is the first building on the left.
  • Return to Highway 50 from main parking lot:
    Turn left onto Norden Avenue (a one-way street going east). After two blocks, turn left onto Whitehead Street (a one-way street going north) and stay in the left lane. Whitehead Street comes to a "T" at the second traffic signal. Turn left onto Mather Field Road and proceed to Highway 50.
