DLAC Application Process

Applications should be completed online and are due by midnight on August 9, 2024. The team of experts and OTAN staff will review applications. The application process includes ALL the following:

Section Completed by Team Member/Applicant

  • Create a Digital Leadership Academy account for tracking purposes
  • Online Form: Application contact information
  • Online Form: Statement by applicant (replies to 6 questions)

Section Completed by Administrator

  • Create a Digital Leadership Academy account for tracking purposes
  • Online Form: Select and nominate your agency team members (each must have created an account)
  • Online Form: Nominate Team Leader
  • Online Form: Submittal of final agency application (all team members) can only be done by the program administrator

Important Note

Your online session will time-out after 60 minutes of inactivity, therefore we recommend that responses be written in MS Word, then copied and pasted into the correct field. Save each page of your application. You can always return to your application to complete any unfinished tasks.

A copy of the questions is available through this document.

Your Digital Leadership Academy application account is designed to match you (Teacher/Staff/Applicant) with your nominating administrator and vice-versa. It is important that the Digital Leadership Academy team communicate and share their team application information and completion status.

The application database will join the applicant and administrator sections together. You may return to your application at any time to make changes or revisions until individual applications are submitted by the team. After participant applications are submitted, they can no longer be revised. The final team application must be submitted by the agency administrator prior to the August 9, 2024, deadline date. Both applicant and administrator must create a Digital Leadership Academy account.
