Teacher Tips

You can use it as a classroom assessment to follow up on students' learning and get their input on a variety of class topics.

  • Pair stronger technology users with beginners.
  • Demonstrate each step slowly before independent work.
  • Encourage students to test each other’s polls.
  • Use classroom polls regularly for formative assessment.
  • Discuss online safety and responsible sharing of links.

More Ways

For ratings, students can be asked to rate restaurants, movies, songs, TV programs, politicians... even your teaching!
