Remind: Safe Classroom Communications (from Remind101) is a safe, easy to use communication tool helping you connect instantly with your students. It is great as a reminder of assignments, tests, or holidays. Students receive the message as a text, e-mail or smartphone notification. You can send messages, photos, files or voice clips directly to their phones. You can see who has viewed the content via the app. The app provides a way to track your communication with the students and allows for both one-way messages and two-way conversations.

After teaching participial adjectives, a teacher could review or do a formative assessment in class using Quiz #3 "Adjectives with -ed and -ing." The exercise could also be assigned for additional individual practice in a lab or outside of class. If students need to review, they can select "Notes" for an explanation of the grammar point. There are 26 questions total for Quiz #3.

In this activity, students are provided with the scrambled words of a sentence. They must put the words in the correct order, conjugate the verbs correctly, begin the sentence with a capital letter, and end it with proper punctuation.
