Abstract:
This is the executive summary of the technical report of the two year National English Literacy Demonstration Program for Adults of LImited English Proficiency. The full technical report includes methodology, full site reports for the nine innovative programs that were visited during the study, and the principal findings and recommendations of the project. The full report is available from the U.S. Department of Education.
