Abstract:
The National Center for the Study of Adult Learning and Literacy (NCSALL) has conducted research relevant to the challenges of administering adult education programs. The Sourcebook is designed to give the program administrator direct access to research that may help address those challenges. There are five sections in the document: teaching and learning, adult student persistence, professional development, outcomes of participating in adult education and advocacy for program improvement.
