Abstract:
This report is the latest in a series of annual research papers on the California Innovation and Alternative Instructional Delivery Program. It presents data from the annual Innovation Program applications, the statewide student information system, TOPSPro, and statewide CASAS reading and listening tests. Data covers distance learning program characteristics, learner characteristics, and learner progress and outcomes using several measures. For the fourth year, the report is able to compare and contrast key outcome data between classroom, distance learning only, and blended learning.
