Abstract:
This report is a working paper that provides an overview of the data from the 1999-2000 program year regarding how adult schools in California are utilizing the innovation and alternative instructional delivery option approved by the legislature in 1993. Included are media types, course distribution by instructional areas, improvement in accountability, learner statistics, conclusions, and recommendations.
