OTAN Tech Talk - Appointment Scheduling with Google Calendar

Description

Learn how to create an appointment schedule using Google Calendar. Great for anyone who wants to set up appointments with individual students. After you set up the schedule, the student reserves a time that disappears from the calendar - no one else will be able to schedule an appointment at that time! Everyone receives reminders before the appointment and guests can be added like interpreters or other staff as needed too!

NOTE: This function is only available on Google Workspace for Education accounts (District). The Appointment slots feature can be added to public (@gmail.com) as a subscription service.
