Leading adult education through support for and the effective application of technology.

Using Tech Tools to Present to and Assess All Learners

In this virtual hands-on workshop, participants will first be introduced to some popular edtech tools that teachers use to create or enhance presentations and design assessments that will reach all learners on mobile devices and computers. We will then practice with a few select tools that teachers may consider when creating their own presentations or assessments for use in their classrooms. Throughout the workshop, we will also discuss some things to consider as teachers and students use technology in blended or distance learning environment.

Participants are encouraged to bring a mobile device to view and practice with online tools being used on different devices from both the teacher and student perspective.

Prerequisites: All participants must have basic computer skills and know their login information for a work or personal email address.
