SMART Goals - Planning and Classroom
Description
SMART goals are defined as Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Results-focused, and Time- bound.
This online workshop will address either SMART Goal Planning and SMART Goals in the Classroom.
SMART Goal Planning wil address learning how to create effective SMART goals for inclusion in an agency's Technology and Distance Learning Plan (TDLP). The facilitator will use real-life examples from WIOA-funded programs to demonstrate effective and ineffective goals, using the SMART goal framework.
SMART Goal Classroom will be more geared towards SMART Goal settings in the adult education classroom. Again, the facilitator will use real examples.
Please note that, where all are welcome to register and attend, this workshop is specifically tailored for WIOA funded adult education agencies in California
