OTAN Special Webinar Event

Description

OTAN periodically schedules special presentations of interest to the adult education field. These presentations address a wide variety of topics, including technology integration, online, distance, and blended learning, digital literacy, instructional resources, and emerging technologies. These presentations also inform the field of opportunities to participate in pilot programs, special events, sessions that explain the preparation of annual deliverables, and more.

A list of past events as well as any upcoming Special Webinar Events will be listed below.

The i-Pathways project (a web based high school equivalency prep curriculum) is pleased to partner with OTAN to provide California adult education agencies receiving WIOA Title II: Adult Education and Family Literacy Act supplemental funds access to this online curriculum. Modules include Basic Writing, Basic Math, Math, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and Consumer Education. Programs will be able to use the i-Pathways project with students in a variety of ways: classroom supplement, hybrid, or at a distance.

Join our webinar to explore the curriculum and ask questions to see if i-Pathways is a fit for your program needs. More information about signing up for the pilot will be shared during the webinar.

IMPORTANT NOTE
All are welcome to attend this webinar to learn more about i-Pathways. However, because OTAN is a leadership project funded by the California Department of Education - Adult Education Office, only CA WIOA-funded adult education agencies are able to participate in this pilot program.
