* Google Sites: Building 1, 2, 3...*

Description

A website is used to disseminate information providing easy 24/7 access. This webinar is designed to illustrate how to build a website to showcase a body of work for academic or professional purposes using the resources and skills you already have. Google Sites will be the focus and all attendees will be shown how trying can lead to doing  and  getting it done!

This series will introduce Google Sites and its basic and intermediate site-building functions as well as themes, pages, adding resouces. Layouts and design prinicipals will also be discussed in this hands-on webinar series. Participants, if they attend the entire series, will have a working web site to use a resource guide or repository for their class. 

Each session will build upon the last. Homework will be assigned at the end of each session. Participants will be encouraged to participate while watching and listening to the instructors.

Prerequisites: All participants MUST have a Google account which can be created (free) at accounts.google.com
