Google Classroom for Adult Education

Google Classroom is a free Blended Learning system that allows educators to create online classes where they can enroll students, distribute, grade or return assignments, communicate with individuals or entire classes, .

This workshop will cover the basics of Classroom and includes: steps of creating classes, assignment streams, enrolling students, tracking and grading assignment status, calendaring, and tips for getting the most out of an online adult education Google Classroom. Time may be provided during or after this online workshop to allow participants "hands-on" time with the trainer as they buid their own classroom.

Prerequisites:

    Participants must have either a Public Google (@gmail.com) or G-Suites EDU account (@district.org)
