Google Applied Digital Skills

Description

We teach many academic skills, but our students also need to know digital skills. Applied Digital Skills is a free curriculum from Google designed to help students learn digital skills while using them in practical life applications like budgeting, creating a resume, planning an event, or researching and writing a report. It is video-based and easy to use. In this workshop, we will look at the curriculum and explore ways to use it in our different programs.

Prerequisites: All participants must have basic computer skills and know their login information for a public Google (@gmail.com) or G Suite EDU (@district.org) email address.
