Easy Projects with Microsoft Office - Pt. 1
Description
"Easy Projects with Microsoft Office" is a progressive series that will show instructors some easy, simple, project based activities using Microsoft Office Suite. The sessions are intended to be presented in parts where each builds upon the previous. Participant will be encouraged to attend the entire series (three parts) to receive the full benefit. Projects using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint serve the dual purpose of language practice (writing and speaking) and learning basic functions of common software programs in use at home, school, and the workplace.
This is the first session in a three part series where Microsoft Word and Powerpoint will be the primary focus.
Participants will be shown simple project-based activities for language practice and learning using Word, and PowerPoint. Projects using these Microsoft apps can serve the dual purpose of language practice (writing and speaking) and learning basic functions of common software programs in use at home, school, and the workplace. All activities presented are adaptable for all levels and slides or handouts are provided at the end of each session.
Prerequisites
All participants must have basic computer skills, be able to open and have some exposure to Microsoft Word and Powerpoint. All who attend should know their login information or be able to access (open) their own Microsoft apps.
