Digital Learning Guidance Course: Harnessing the Power of Online Education

Description

The California Adult Education Digital Learning Guidance (DLG), developed by OTAN on behalf of the California Department of Education, serves as a practical resource for educators and staff.

This course will assist adult educators explore and dive into the transformative world of digital learning using the CA Digital Learning Guide.

All are welcome to attend and sign up for the course at this orientation session.

The DLG Course syllabus including time commitments and Canvas course access will be briefly discussed for those that did not attend the "Learn About” session.

This seven-week facilitated Canvas course will explore the Digital Learning Guidance. Course participants will learn how to implement the DLG into adult education as well as discover the compelling reasons why every adult educator should embrace the DLG.

Certificates of Completion will be awarded to participants who complete the course.

PREREQUISTES

Participants must have basic computer skills and a valid email address.

A Completion of Course certificate will be awarded to those that complete the course and final projects.
