Creating with Canva - Scintillating Slides

Description

This is the second of a suggested series "Creating with Canva." Each part of the Canva series may be scheduled as workshop or presentation sessions as well as idividually or as a progressive PD series.

Participants will be expected to have already attended the first in this series (Creating with Canva: The Basics) or have their own Canva account established and know basics of the design tool.

This session will build upon skills where the focus will be placed on creating presentation slides using Canva templates. Participants will put into practice what they learn to create an interactive slide presentation.

Topics in this online session include but may not be limited to how to: 1) find templates; 2) revise templates; 3) add media (graphics, GIFS, or videos); 4) share and use their creations with others. More will be covered as time allows.

Prerequisites
  • All participants must have basic computer skills and a valid email address,
  • All participants must have an established Canva account and know basics of the design tool,
  • Additional requirements may apply depending on the session.
