Are you or someone on your staff tech savvy and interested in a leadership role with OTAN?

OTAN is recruiting for our OTAN Advisory Committee (OAC) which meets twice yearly to learn together as well as to provide input on the direction of the work OTAN is doing for the adult education field. Advisors help OTAN to know where we should be focusing our efforts in support of adult education students and staff, programs, and schools, as well as informing our work to reach our vision of leading adult education through support for and the effective application of technology.

We’re looking for students, teachers, administrators, and ed tech coaches to join OAC this coming school year. There is a commitment of six to ten hours over the period of one year. Ideal candidates will have an interest in educational technology and leadership in adult education or non-credit community college programs. Not only is this a great leadership opportunity, but it also provides a great way to network with your colleagues from across the state as well as with some of our national partners.

The first meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 15, beginning at 9:00am PDT. Contact support@otan.us with any questions and to indicate your interest in joining our advisory committee.
