Upcoming OTAN Activities to Support Adult Educators – Week of 11/8

OTAN Office Hours provide an opportunity to ask more detailed questions and get support on specific tools to use with students. You can sign up for these OTAN Office Hours at the California Adult Education Training Calendar:

On Friday at 1:00pm, Paul Yung will present the November Tech Talk, Turn PowerPoints into Accessible PDFs. In this OTAN Tech Talk, the speaker will discuss and show how to use PowerPoint templates and Adobe Acrobat accessibility features to ensure that presentations can be distributed as accessible and 508 compliant PDFs. On Monday, November 15 at 11:00am, Melinda Holt will present Google: Tips Series. This series of workshops will provide tips on the apps, tools, and features found within the Google Workspace for Education productivity suite and how to use them in an adult education setting.
