Monday, October 14, 12-1:30 pm | Accessibility Tools in Canvas | Participants will gain practical skills and knowledge to ensure their course materials are inclusive and meet accessibility standards.
Thursday, October 17, 1-2:00 pm | Northstar Digital Literacy User Group | Join this user-driven group of adult educators using Northstar Digital Literacy at their agencies.
Thursday, October 17, 3:30-4:30 pm | The newly designed Advanced ESL Course on Canvas Orientation with Francisca Wentworth, OTAN SME | With the move to the use of Instructure Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) across the state, the course was updated and redesigned as a fully shared Canvas course. This session orients teachers and/or administrators to the course and how it could be incorporated into their ESL curriculum. The course is available by OTAN at no cost to California adult education agencies.

Wednesday, October 23, 3:30-4:30 pm | The Write Stuff: Newly Designed in Canvas with Francisca Wentworth, OTAN SME | The Write Stuff is an online shared writing course in Canvas that is designed for Adult Education English Language Learners at Intermediate High and Advanced levels to improve their writing skills. The course has been updated and redesigned in Canvas with new content and activities to help students improve their writing skills.
