Today, we celebrate the life of a great American, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. OTAN’s office is closed today, January 15, 2024, to honor his birthday. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was the chief spokesperson for nonviolent activism in the Civil Rights movement, which protested racial discrimination in federal and state law.
