Activity Description

USA Learns First English Course is a complete online course for beginning-low intermediate ESL students. It includes integrated activities for Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking with grammar, lifes and citizenship skills.

Preparation

1. Watch this video to learn how to create a Teacher Account.
2. Send your class key to your students via email, text.
3. Show your students how to make an account and enter your class key at http://usalearns.org
4. Students click on start now and register with name, email and password
5. Use the student tutorial located above to help students use your class key.

How-To

1. Have your students go to http://www.usalearns.com to register for your class. 
2. Your students will need to enter your last name, and your class password, so be sure they have these and can spell them. In addition they will create their own password. You will be able to view their password in case they mistype or forget it.
3. Use the student tutorial above to help students register for your class.

Teacher Tips

• Best taught in a lab with Internet access and a projector, although students may also use this site from home. For remote classes, the class key and send them the student tutorial via email or a text message.
• The app is different from the web course. This entry is for the web course. There is another entry for the app.
