Activity Description

Learners will learn through looking through different windows in the world.

Preparation

  1. Check the website to ensure it is not blocked at your site.
  2. Read through the lesson plan.
  3. Print and make copies of any handouts. (See handout)

How-To

This activity has you looking through windows in different parts of the world. 

You may want to have a globe, map or atlas around for better understanding.

Sometimes going over a set a questions, 

1. What time of day is this?

2. What is the weather like?

3. Any form of transportation?

 

Teacher Tips

This is a great opportunity for learners to expand their language and get comfortable with group work. 

You can cater questions to learners abilities.

More Ways

Creative ways for learner engagement are:

1. Can you see anything blue, red, etc.

2. How many objects are flying.
