Abstract:
This guide is directed toward business leaders who are involved in human resources and supervision of employees and who are considering the investment in the skill sets of their employees. It provides information about literacy and essential skills in business and a workbook for assessing the skills of workers, planning a literacy training and workplace skills program, and assessing results. Appendices provide information on additional resources.
