Abstract:
The digest reviews ethnography, which seeks to understand and represent the points of view of the members of a particular culture, as it relates to design of adult workplace literacy programs. Included are the ethnographic method, the ethnographer's tools, their relationship to workplace literacy program design, applications, and references.
