Abstract:
This report develops the recommendations proposed by the National Commission on Adult Literacy in "Reach Higher, America." Beginning with discussion of digital literacy and technology tools and how they can help adults achieve their goals, the report summarizes recent research findings, and concludes with five suggestions for next steps by policy makers.
