Abstract:
This adult education technology plan for the state of California addresses issues of infrastructure, uses for technology, and approaches to creating learning environments. Nine major plan priorities are identified: baseline resources, access, instructional resources, assessment, student information system, distance learning, distributed learning, professional development, and communication.
