Abstract:
This brief summarizes the findings of the OTA report Adult Literacy and New Technologies: Tools for a Lifetime. The study concluded that there is evidence that various technologies can overcome adult barriers to learning and also that these technologies are being underutilized. Congress' policy options are outlined.
