Abstract:
This resource for use for ABE students who are parents or who are interested in fostering the growth and development of reading skills for children. The information included in the guide specifically addresses the education levels and development stages of children: from early childhood through the primary, intermediate, and secondary levels. For each of these levels, vocabulary lists, games, recommended books, extensive bibliographies and related activities are provided.
