Abstract:
Following the call in AMERICA 2000 for a nation of students engaged in lifelong learning, the Office of Vocational and Adult Education sponsored a series of national forums around the country to hear from a cross section of those involved in adult education. This report profiles the four forums, summarizes six theme issues, makes conclusions, and includes appendices of testifiers.
