Abstract:
The contractor investigated state and local programs efforts for delivering coordinated services in adult education. The report describes the strategies used in five states to provide enhanced services and resources for serving economically and educationally disadvantaged adults. The case studies are Georgia, Michigan, Oregon, New York, and California. The segments posted online are the analysis and highlights, the executive summary, and the California chapter.
