Abstract:
The publication provides an overview of assistive technology, which offers an adult with a learning disability compensatory techniques. Suggestions of different devices and approaches are organized by the various tasks for which they are useful, including personal management, listening, visual processing, math, reading, written language, and multimedia approaches. Services and resources for additional assistance are given.
