Abstract:
The Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped successfully teaches ABE/GED classes for handicapped adults. This handbook was prepared for literacy tutors and adult education instructors. It is a compilation of information about various handicapping conditions and suggestions for working with students with each of the handicaps.
