Abstract:
This report (Working Paper #4) examines both the actual and potential relationship between adult education and community colleges in Kentucky. "Colleges play a large and increasingly important role in the state's adult education system...not only as providers of adult education, but through partnerships with other providers." The potential of "public policy to strengthen" the linkages between community colleges and adult education is also considered.
