Abstract:
This theoretical framework was produced by the Networks for Integrating New Americans initiative (NINA) to assist adult educators providing services to meet the linguistic, civic, and economic integration needs of the immigrant and refugee community. Included are a literature review, discussion of issues, specific strategies, and examples of successful initiatives.
