Abstract:
Through this literature review and discussions with math instructors in BC, the author describes best practices in the field of adult numeracy instruction, "while also recognizing that implementing best practices, getting instructors to be enthusiastic about teaching math and getting students involved in their learning" are challenges to overcome.
