This handbook is designed for adult educators to use in establishing a successful workplace skills enhancement program at business and industry program sites. It describes how to plan, design, implement, maintain, and evaluate successful programs. Several fact sheets are included in the appendix on writing brochures and support letters, building the curriculum, and determining student cost per class. In addition, cooperative agreements, literacy audit, recruitment techniques, and program evaluation are addressed.
