Please join us for an OTAN webinar on Tuesday, January 8 from 1:00 to 2:00. The topic is SMART Goals for the Technology and Distance Learning Plan, presented by Karla Frizler. SMART goals are defined as Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Results-focused, and Time-bound. In this webinar, participants will learn how to create effective SMART goals for inclusion in their agency's Technology and Distance Learning Plan (TDLP), which is due January 31, 2019. The facilitator will use real-life examples from WIOA-funded programs to demonstrate effective and ineffective goals, using the SMART goal framework.
